Designed with relaxation and aesthetics in mind, it blends modern design with the local Mediterranean atmosphere. Every detail has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, no matter the time of day. The outdoor kitchen, equipped with high-end audio equipment, lets you enjoy your favorite music while cooking together under the Italian sky. Three spacious bedrooms with beds measuring at least 160×200 cm, furnished with high-quality linens for maximum sleeping comfort.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a spacious open shower.

The house features a fully equipped indoor kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, oven, and three refrigerators. Additionally, there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue equipment.

Audio Zone

Yamaha audio system playing throughout the outdoor kitchen area and around the entire pool.

Pool

A private 6×12 meter pool with heated water and a secure cover. The pool area also includes a sun lounger zone. Next to the pool, there is also a jacuzzi.

WiFi

The entire property is equipped with unlimited high-speed internet (300 Mbps).

Parking

The property includes 3 parking spaces, with an additional spot available in the house’s private garage.

Air Conditioning

Each room features individually controlled air conditioning with a heating function.

Laundry room

Villa Belvedere is just next level. Honestly – the moment we arrived, we were all blown away. The view of the sea from the terrace and the pool? Unreal. Total peace and quiet, no neighbors, just us, nature, and full-on relaxation. The villa itself is super comfy – everything was spotless, the beds cozy, air conditioning worked perfectly (and it was over 30°C!). Mornings with coffee on the terrace, lazy days by the pool, afternoon trips to the beach or charming towns like Tropea (highly recommend!), and dinners under the stars. The hosts were super kind and helpful, but also gave us space. We honestly felt like home – except, well, we don’t have this kind of view or a pool at home 😅 Definitely a place you’ll want to come back to. We’re already looking at dates for next year – something tells me this villa won’t stay available for long.

We spent hours just sitting by the pool, listening to the cicadas and watching the sunset melt into the sea. It was unreal. The villa feels super private and cozy. Mornings with fresh fruit and espresso on the terrace, evenings with wine and music under the stars. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen (everything we needed was there), but also explored some local restaurants – Tropea is close by and absolutely stunning. Also, big shoutout to the hosts – they left us a welcome bottle of wine and were always quick to respond, but let us enjoy the space in peace. Honestly, it was one of the most romantic trips we’ve ever had. We came back relaxed, recharged, and already dreaming of coming back next summer.

The kids were obsessed with the pool – they were in it from morning till sunset. And we could actually relax, because the whole area is fenced and super safe. The villa had everything we needed – fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, even a washing machine (which always comes in handy with kids 🙈). There was lots of space for everyone to spread out, and plenty of shaded spots when the sun got too strong. Location is great too – quiet and private, but just a short drive to beaches, little towns, and gelato spots (our kids quickly became regulars in Tropea 😄). Highly recommend for families who want a mix of peace, comfort, and a bit of adventure. We made so many great memories here.

Reliable and fast Wi-Fi, quiet surroundings, and that view... let’s just say Zoom meetings hit different when you’ve got the sea behind your laptop screen. I’d work in the mornings from the terrace, then spend afternoons by the pool or exploring nearby towns. Tropea and Pizzo are beautiful and full of character. The villa had everything I needed: good desk setup options, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, strong AC (important when you’re there in the summer!). The atmosphere was peaceful and inspiring – exactly what I needed to recharge and still get things done. If you’re a remote worker looking for a place to combine productivity with real downtime, this place is a dream.
